There was no soap when we arrived. Had to ask for it. Had to ask for it twice. No microwave even though we asked for one. Coffee was two decaf and one regular. Who does that?

My family and I had an amazing time. The staff were courteous and friendly. Our room and the property were clean, quiet, beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Needed to shower, but there was no soap. Called front desk and still no soap arrived. After an hour, we left for the airport. Also hauling your luggage up and down multiple stairs on your way to the room is difficult.
