My stay started great but didn’t end great. We talked to the front desk about staying longer because a family member was dying. They agreed to give us the double room for a week. We thought everything was set up that night. We were told in the morning just come to change keys so you can get a new room rate that we negotiated. The next morning when my husband went to change keys the front desk person said we don’t have double rooms available anymore and moved him to a queen room. I was at the hospital when this happened. I told him we had to have double beds. So he checked out and we found another hotel. It was upsetting that we were not given what we were initially promised and it was a traumatic situation with a family member dying and the LAST thing we needed on our plate was hotel problems. Also my husband accidentally left two items a pair of pajamas hanging on the bathroom door and a soap and soap dish box. I went back to retrieve them a day later and they threw them away. I thought hotels kept stuff for at least 72 hours. Needless to say with all these hotels chains Extended Stays will not be our next first choice…

This was one of the worst hostel experiences ever. The room smelled . The carpet was filthy. And roaches were everywhere!! So disgusting and disappointed.

The staff was rude the desk lady was absolutely rude was unwilling to work with me and and I've been a prior customer before for close to months on end
