The duvet was not inside the duvet cover. Gross!

Upon check in I was not offered complimentary water. Only until I saw the check in person fill bags with two bottles of water and asked about it did she reluctantly offer me two water bottles while asking if I was a Hilton Honors member. Which I am.
As for the dining experience, you have one person attending several guests.
As for breakfast, it was hard to find clean dishes, glasses, and silverware.
Housekeeper did not clean the shower.
