Upon check in I was not offered complimentary water. Only until I saw the check in person fill bags with two bottles of water and asked about it did she reluctantly offer me two water bottles while asking if I was a Hilton Honors member. Which I am. As for the dining experience, you have one person attending several guests. As for breakfast, it was hard to find clean dishes, glasses, and silverware. Housekeeper did not clean the shower.

The Paloma Village Hilton was a unique hotel. The rooms were cute and my lady friend, loved them! We tried the restaurant right next door, and it was wonderful! We will definitely revisit!!

Nice overall, one thing I will add however. Being someone who drives an electric car part of the time I looked for “electric car charging” this place said just that. Come to find out all they have is Tesla chargers. Come on folks Tesla is t the only electric car so I spent an hour searching for chargers, I did find some 10 miles away but how hard is it to turn 1 or 2 of your car chargers to non Tesla.

After paying nearly $400 a night for this room, I would have expected a better stay. The breakfast was stone cold and stale, and the cleanliness was lacking.
