It was a dump with shady people staying at it. I was afraid to go from my vehicle to my room. My room was non-smoking and it reeked of smoke and there were cigarette burns in bed linens. I will never stay at this motel again.

Terrible !

Asked for extra pillows and blanket had to go but are own ,service towards the people that work weren’t friendly ,and the smell of the place was terrible .Also the cleaning tryed to get in even though it said we were supposed to be out at 11 ,it was 10:20 in the morning when she was trying to get in

When arrived to the hotel, they told me that I do not have a room on my name and no any room for the nite. It was no vacancy for the all night

Unforutnately, just because a room is vacant does not mean it is fit for occupation, which also likely added to this issue. DO NOT use my name. I'm a senior and it was dark and raining when I checked in. I parked near the door and was the only car in the lot. The lady at the front desk had me go outside and park "properly" or she would not check me in. RUDE. The room wasn't clean as there were small shards of glass on the floor, the sheets were stained and had cracker crumbs. This is my 1st time at a bad review and I don't want my name published. That area didn't look safe and the property grounds were dark.

Room was supposed to be smoke free but was not. cigarette burns in furniture and tears in furniture. insufficient electrical outlets. mold in bathroom and heavy cleaning smell

They didn’t have our room. They were over booked. The Frontdesk Manager not I can call him “manager” rude and not very polite… just said: we are over booked!!
