They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service.
