Convenient to airport. We enjoyed the lobby and restaurant. Happy with our stay.

Room was not ready, kept us waiting a hour for room before we left and went into Kuta and came back. One Bintang was $10 after their fees and charges. TV had no English chanel accept nbc news or something similar. No free shuttle for the 2 minute trip to airport. Does not live up to Brand.
