"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. "It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. "This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...
