While nice the floor plans are not elderly and handicapped friendly, too many steps. No choices of breads except white bread. Nothing for vegan. Different people give different prices for tours. Not well organized

The staff are what make a difference here. I know they don’t get paid to babysit, but on several occasions they would offer to take baby off me so I could enjoy dinner and drinks with my family. In the rain they were quick to offer an umbrella and even help with options for sightseeing on a rainy day to accommodate our kids. Appreciate the love and care taken to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Staff were sooooo lovely! My 2nd time back here and the service has always been the same.
The only thing I would say about the property is that there are no phone lines in the rooms and no information booklets but the staff are so friendly and always willing to help so wasn’t really an issue for us. Will be coming back again every year.

Didn’t like how our room had no service, couldn’t use our data and there was a charge for wifi.
We ended up getting free wifi vouchers after I complained and still no service.
Had to go outside to the main areas to use phones.
Didn’t like how shower was outside, not convenient for kids and elderly parents.
