"Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy."

"We had a great time on our 2 day, 1 night Erina Cruise. The staff was super friendly and the views from the top deck were incredible. The
pool/hot tub by the bar was also very nice. It's a great value and would definitely recommend. The bathrooms/ship in general are a little on the older side, but that adds to the character of the ship. We enjoyed the kayaking and the bamboo boat/cave excursions and would recommend you do both! "

"From check-in to check-out, we felt truly special. The boat is relatively new, so everything on board looks spectacular. Our room had a balcony, offering a dreamlike view of Halong Bay. The activities were enjoyable, but it was the staff who really made the experience exceptional. “Cat,” the nickname of the staff member who attended to us at the restaurant, stood out in particular. The amenities on the boat were incredible from the
pool to the playrooms and gym, everything exceeded expectations."

"Fabulous staff, wonderful trip. Tat was a great host, very sweet. Our butler Annie was lovely. The room was tired and really need updating however the private balcony was great!
The most disappointing thing was the spa. It wasn’t accessible via the top deck bar area and you can’t see anything when sitting in the spa. Also on day 2 it was green!! Awful, we didn’t go in on day 2.
Good on the buffet each meal was really good. The day trip to the village was great! "

Fabulous!
"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."
