"Amazing property. Right in the city, but still feels like you are living in a peaceful outskirts of Bali. One of the best restaurants Ketela right outside your room. King Prawns there are a must have. The only disappointing thing wasy Spa and Massage experience. It was just okay. Other than that, everything aced. "

"The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months. "Our stay was great although villas had renovations being done to them around our villas which at times very noisy. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Outdoor bar staff area was very friendly and our breakfasts beautiful and well presented and cleaning of our villas was excellent. Have booked again for our group of 7."

The villa bedroom doors were lockable with a key on both sides of the door which made us feel better when the kids were briefly unattended with the pool. "What an exceptional place to stay. Staff that constantly go beyond, in all areas of the hotel, to make sure that your stay is the best it could possibly be. The dining experience is exceptional, and will be even better with the opening of their new restaurant/breakfast area mid December. Cold bintang on check-in and if you are lucky enough, an invite to the rooftop cocktail party for a meet and greet with other guests and management. Dollar wise it's great value for money and although it was our first visit, it definitely wont be our last. So looking forward to next time....😊"
