"Comfortable room to crash in near Narita. Airport shuttle bus doesn't run later than 8pm so since our flight was delayed we had to Taxi which was a bit inconvenient. Room was quite comfortable and large."

The room was fine but communication was lacking
"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."
