This is so clean and great location area.
There is a big bath tub and landry machine in room.
So clean room.
There is two subway station which is Yurakucho line "shintomicho" station and Hibiya line "Tsukiji" station.
There is 24hour store front of the this hotel.
I do recommend 3days or more.

I liked the spaciousness of the property compared to the typical hotels in the city for the three of us. Although, it's a little outside of the Ginza area. The staff is very polite and respectful to the guests.

Having stayed here last week, struggling to understand the 5 star reviews.
Firstly it isn't in Ginza (25 minute walk). Secondly the accommodation interior is similar to a hostel. Tiny pillow, terrible lighting, very very basic. It's a long walk from Ginza too. Staff OK - but everywhere else we stayed in Japan was top notch and this was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid

Staff is very friendly and explained things well. We arrived very last minute and the receptionist took their time to explain everything and even double checked the room to make sure everything was perfect. The room was also very nice and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean and good size for 3 pax. 4th pax on the upper deck bed might not be very comfortable.
Nice bathroom with small tub.
Like that the cleaning is done every 3 days which is enough for me.

I would have loved to give this property a higher rating because it had enough room for 3 of us plus our luggage, staff had excellent customer service, had a washer, and kitchen. My lower rating is because the shower seemed to have issues such as it took awhile to get the water hot but as soon as it turned hot the water became ice cold without adjusting the temperature so I was unable to get a shower. The ac did not get the room cool enough so we had to open the windows at night to cool the room down. You have to use passcode to use the elevator up to your room and use a passcode to get into your room. You had to return the piece of paper with the passcode or you would get charged which made me feel like they may not change the passcode to your room. Also every time someone had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night a light would go on by the kitchen waking us up. Would I recommend this place? Sadly my answer is no because of the problems we had.

I'd give it a 4-4.5 stars out of 5. The property and units are very well maintained. Clean, modern and functional. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the Shintomicho subway, and 4 minutes from Tsukiji. The kitchenette makes good use of a small space.
The only areas for improvement, from my perspective, was the air conditioning and entry keypads for the elevator and room. The AC in my room was loud and "wheezy", with regular bursts of noise from the fan system. The touch keypads for the elevator and room were finicky and over/undersensitive. Especially for the elevator. Often required several tries to get it to register the passcode successfully.

Family of 5 stayed here. Found this location convenient and within 2 mins to a subway. Getting around Tokyo was easy would recommend and probably use again if we are back in Tokyo.
