"Staff service was excellent, we booked 2 rooms and during check in requested for the rooms to be near each other. Upon checking, the hotel was quite fully booked for the room type we booked, so the staff gave us a free upgrade to a higher tier room so that our rooms can be side by side. Highly recommended!!"

"We enjoyed our stay although the room looked a bit dated. Overall, the bed was comfortable, there was an old world charm and the staff were very professional and helpful. We loved the concierge via WhatsApp! The response was fast and we enjoyed great convenience just by texting our questions. Location-wise, the hotel is well served by TST and East TST MTR stations. Very convenient. The Tang Court at the hotel, which served excellent dim sum, is also a great place for a nice meal. We are very happy with our stay at The Langham! "
