Posted 14 Jun 2019 on HotelsFirst time staying at this hotel. It was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. When my mom was hard time located the hotel, Front desk person came to pick her up. I was very grateful:) I will definitely stay this hotel again.

I loved this hotel. It is so cute. Creass Hotel sits on a hill about 10 minutes away from Tsubogawa station. Kokusai dori is about a 30 minute walk and there are some restaurants, konbini, and supermarkets all close by. The staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. They even gave me recommendations for food.
The room is so cute and is really spacious! I love the layout and wish I could’ve stayed longer!
