"Wonderful and comfortable stay in a very convenient location - close to train station and many of the local sites, markets, restaurants nearby. Walked to the gardens and the markets with lots to snack! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent with so much variety to choose from and many traditional Japanese delicious items. Ofuro was wonderful also with well stocked amenities. Would recommend this place to all. We liked that they had no shoes policy in their property."

"Great location near the main train/bus station (actually connected via tunnel) and nearby mall - loads of shops and restaurants. Nice rooms, a bit larger than the norm, with a nice bathroom configuration. Nice bar with great views located on the top floor. Highly recommend."

"This was the best hotel we have had in Japan !conveniently located next to train station - but no noise ! classic twin room is spacious and very pretty! Great amenities and breakfast. Not all 5 star hotels have smart Tv s but this one let’s you stream ecerything. ! Loved it "

"Hotel in a good location just a stroll to Kanazawa castle and gardens. Buses almost at the entrance to get everywhere else, but can also walk to Omicho Market and the Higashi Chaya district. Nice sized room for Japan and complimentary wine and sake every afternoon a lovely offer. Staff were helpful in booking a restaurant for us. "

"Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."
