Good value for money
Posted 18 Nov 2019 on HotelsSize of the room was small but that's normal in Hong Kong, the bathroom was smelly but once we talked to the receptionist they fixed it, we noticed a couple of small cockroaches throughout our over 2 weeks stay so it wasn't that bad. Room service is daily and efficient, and the staff are really nice and helpful, the building might seem intimidating and not the cleanest but the room was good and safe and we don't have anything to complain about, good value for money.

The room was not according to picture. I was not assigned to the room that I paid for. I was in a room that was 7ft x 12 ft including the bathroom. Very filthy in the corridor reaching the elevator.

The rooms were too small and it was frustrating because the reception is in a completely different building complex to the rooms. The location is bad because once leaving the elevator you cannot leave the building complex without being harassed by the vendors trying to sell you their low quality merchandise or guestrooms in equally disappointing hotels. They are intimidating and make you feel uncomfortable.

The checking in process should be at the property. My booking was for 11 floor but was given a room on 14. The pictures are very deceptive.

The price was very cheap and affordable. The stay was definitely worth the price I paid for. They also had free WiFi, very good!
