The hotel is excellent. The only thing I can say is that I cannot believe that they are charging me for using a shower cap while it is part of the amenities and there is no notes that due to environmental
Compliance that they would charge the shower cap as it is made out of plastic. If that is the case, don't make it as part of the hotel amenities.

The club level with Harborview is absolutely the best deal in town.
Free breakfast cooked to order, afternoon T and happy hour with three drinks snacks

The floor has no direct elevator and we had to walk down and up the stairs. Therefore it was very difficult to walk with luggage.
