Hotel itself was updated and newer rooms. However, front desk people needs re-training on customer service as they did not acknowledged our request for room cleaning while we were there for a week’s stay. Not friendly nor approachable at all. Would not be coming back

Staff were not overly friendly.
Initially checked us into room that was already occupied. Took ages to sort. But got an upgrade because of it. So that was good.
Had no idea how to work the TV in the room
Rooms were very clean but the hallways to the rooms were stained

Overall the property is clean and close to walkable dining and shopping. Also is close to access the subway system. The property offers slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrush for a fee. The staff is helpful. It was a pleasant stay

Good basic design of the rooms. Carpets on the 3rd floor are disgusting. Absolutely zero amenities in the room. Not related to HK's reduce plastic initiative. Basic coffee or tea - nothing. No USB charger in room.

Great location 5-8 mins walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station, lots of dining options, convenient stores around the hotel, you can also walk to the Victoria harbour to see the beautiful night view. The room is cleaned but small, we had a queen bed and view of the building across the street; They have laundry facilities, cooking facilities and coffee machine located in the basement that is extra charge of $70 HKD per day. I didn’t use it, but took my dirty clothes to a dry cleaning shop where they can wash and folded for you, it can be ready within a few hours or pick up the next day, they charged by weight. Overall, what I like most is the location and the cleanliness of the room and the price is reasonable considering the convenient of the location.

It's generally clean. The double bed is a bit small and the transportation is very convenient.
