Food was great and hotel comfortable, The only issue is no lift for disabled people. Would stay again.

A lovely hotel, exceeded our expectations and so close to the city centre. Friendly staff, very clean and fabulous breakfast. We would highly recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious areas for guests. Bus stop right outside.

Very nice hotel and well-suited to cycling holiday
Posted 28 May 2024 on HotelsI was cycling Lands End to John O'Groat and this was a fine hotel for that - very close to the National Cycling route, safe storage and battery charging facility, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.

For clients arriving by foot from the train it’s a long slog up the hill. Also I don’t think there’s a lift.
Otherwise nice hotel, well run with modern decor.

Cornwall is one of the more hillier counties; there is a trick to actually only walk one hill, then it is a nice easy down hill journey to the hotel on foot. There is no lift in the original building and because of its listing grade we cannot instal one. The most flights of stairs a guest would ever need to take is 2, and our team are always at hand to help with luggage. We look forward to seeing you again on your next visit to Truro!
