Was charged for my service dog and surprise parking fees. Breakfast staff were kind but food was poor.

My only suggestion is have a bar downstairs or something later at night for parents to have something to do after the kiddos go to bed (but are too young to be left alone while mom and dad go out to Tahoe or downtown truckee)

Thanks for the comment, I am sorry if our parking fee came as a surprise, we do inform our guests as much as possible during checking in just in case it is missed while booking.

Clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Appreciated that they provided breakfast, and hotel's location was convenient for the things we wanted to do. We'll be back!
