"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. "The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to.
