Room was dirty. There was old food or something else on the walls. Shower had a cracked shelf. It appeared the shower was growing mold. Floors were dirty. Significant dirt and crumbs behind the mattress on the bed frame.

They room is very nice, although there are opportunities to improve the service. A lacking of organization on the break fast and for cleaning the room.

My 3 days stay I requested room service multiple times on 2nd day but it wasn’t done. Finally manager Ricky says staff shortage. I recommend room service needs to improve to have management properly schedule employee on holidays and weekend.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately it's not a scheduling issue, we have the staff scheduled, its that employees are not showing up for their scheduled shifts.
