One night stay during a cross country trip with our dog. Very pet friendly, no additional fee. Nice big room, easy to find off I70. Lots of dining options close by.

The staff are lovely and a couple different people were really helpful. Wonderful. There were some minor issues with the room but nothing to raise a fuss about. I changed from a hotel that cost twice as much and felt that (having been to the other place) that this was equal. Keep it up.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when I first told them I wanted a different room for my second night because the bathroom floor was dirty and the room smelled like smoke (more accurately, it smelled like what they do to cover up smoke that doesn't work). He was just accommodating when I returned minutes later and said I wasn't staying my second night and wanted a refund due to the cockroach in my room.
