The staff was friendly and great, the room was in pretty poor condition, worn out mattress, stained bedding and i couldn't get the heat to work.

Room had not been cleaned nasty personal care products left about dirty bed noting cleaned

Smoke smell and fan didn’t work, so no heat or cooling. Also right next to train tracks. Insanely loud

1st room heater can’t control alway high heat.
2rd room smell smoking.
3rd room only fan no heater
Noisy from train and car all night

I felt very unsafe at this property. There was no amenities, places, outdated, and I felt very uncomfortable there. The lock on the door did not walk very well and the door did not shut properly and there were cracks so you could easily break in.
