"We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . Fantastic stay in every way

"Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Great communication in the run up to our visit. François was the perfect host full of ideas and information on where to visit and weather updates. Stayed in the penthouse apartment. Beautifully furnished immaculately clean amazingly comfortable. Lovely outdoor private patio and garden area. Fantastic grounds. Peaceful

"Beautiful quiet location. We opted for the evening meal which was delicious, fish on a bed of Moroccan vegetables, three cheeses and lemon tart for dessert, all washed down with a very smooth red wine, bread and water also included, would definitely recommend. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom both a good size. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was typically French and sustained us through. Would without a doubt return here if we are again in the region."

Worth it just for the dinner!

"Just an overnight stay after a long journey. The host was very friendly. However, our limited French and his complete lack of English did make communication a little difficult. We enjoyed an excellent dinner that was extremely good value. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable."

Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "

1 night stay.

"Olde world building at the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and very clean room and communal areas. Very good breakfast. One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France. Would I stay here again, a definite yes."
