Property was great place to stay for the week. Kitchen is great for cooking :). There is a ChromeCast that allows you to stream off your device.
When we arrived there was no bowls in the kitchen as well as no dishwasher tablets. This was quickly resolved with an email to the hosts
There is nothing to clean the floor with as well as no tea towel for the duration of our stay. However they did supply paper towel.

Shower drain blocked, no action taken after reporting fault. Advertised Laundry facilities non existent.

Posted 19 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe location was very good , space in room good. There were a number of things that could have been better.
Bathroom- no toiletries as stated on their site. No shower mat so floor wet. Towels not replaced even though our stay was 5 nights.
Kitchen- no toaster , no instructions as to how to use oven, no microwave, no instructions as to where garbage should go.no bowls to eat from.
Bedding- pillows extremely cheap and poor quality- requested more pillows but no response from manager.sheets not changed at all, even though 5 night stay. Bed sheet did not fit the size of the bed.
TV- channels did not work on any day of our stay. No instructions as to how to use other functions such as google play, Netflix .
General- unit not serviced at all over 5 nights, no general information about facilities, restaurants etc.No check in from manager after I asked for pillows ,TV except to be told TV wasn’t working due to work in the area outside. Hard to believe that this work impacted this function for so many days.
The stay in Tromso was all we hoped for with such beauty, we saw the whales, the northern lights and went dog sledding, it was a shame the service at our accomodation didn’t match what we had hoped for from that aspect

Hi David, We apologize that your stay was uncomfortable according to your description.
Please note that Expedia channels are designed mainly for hotels and therefore re not perfectly suitable for such personalization. Apart from this, We will take your recommendations under consideration immediately. Pillows, unfortunately, we can not provide more than two per suite as we are not a hotel and therefore don't have them in stock. I will personally address the issue with the bedsheets and the bowls with the cleaning team and can guarantee that we will take measures regarding this.
With our automated messages we inform our guests that TV channels are not available due to construction work nearby. Unfortunateløy the whole cable tv infrastructure was disconnected for quite some time now. Please note also that as an apartment rental we don't have housekeeping service during your stay if the period is under 7 nights. Instructions for garbage were not presented since the garbage bin is located right next to the building main door. I will make sure your recommendation result in a better description of this.
Last but not least. Strange we have received all of your messages but it looks like you didn't receive ours. Kindly ask you to check your SPAM folder. Often Expedia or Hotels.cm messages end up there.
When it comes to the kitchen, all the manuals are in the cabinets, and I am sure you noticed that there is no place for a microwave or a full-size fridge as this is a studio apartment with a mini kitchen.
In terms of wet floor in the bathroom, perhaps you didn't notice but we have a heating floor there. So by adjusting the temperature, the floor is dry within a few minutes

The property is right by the bridge and 10mins walk from the centre, though in the snow, the slippery conditions make it hard to haul luggage around to and from the property.
Also, it's very clean and with great amenities but the main room could do with another heater as its quite big and difficult to heat up.

Very clean and bright place. Excellent choice to stay in Tromso. We stayed in appartment 5 - beautiful views. Only thing needs to repair is water that is stuck in dishwasher

Zimmer, Bett ok! Aber, 2 Teller in einem Studio mit Abwaschmaschine!!! Kein Abtrocknungstuch, 50cm WC Papier, 1cm Seife, 1 Frottetuch, 1 Handtuch pro Person und das Bad halb unter Wasser nach dem Duschen?! ca. 20 Parkplätze für das 3. Geschoss vorhanden, aber dürfen nicht genutzt werden! Der Kunde muss mühsam auf den öffentlichen PP parkieren und sich mit den Gebühren oder der App rumschlagen ! Hier wird der letzte Euro rausgepresst, das hat uns geärgert ...... 1 Teller bei Europrix kostete € 1.50! War unsere erste Handlung, Teller und Lappen kaufen .............. nicht empfehlenswert, Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht!

Was wat snel in orde gebracht, hier en daar wat foutjes, bv gordijnen sloten niet, rolgordijnen stuk, tv niet aangesloten. Weinig richtlijnen aanwezig hoe nieuw wc papier en/of handdoeken te verkrijgen. Door eigenhandig optreden wel ontdekt. Verder gerieflijke bedden en heel goede keuken uitrusting. Al met al prima verblijf voor kortere tijd, aanrader, ligt centraal bij alle high light's en centrum van de mooie stad

Posted 27 Feb 2020 on HotelsOK rom med enkelt utstyrt kjøkken tilpasset to gjester. Liten spiseplass med to stoler, sofabord men bare én lenestol. Egner seg for korte opphold. Kun én ekstra toalettrull og det holdt akkurat!
Lettvint inn- og utsjekk, men sen innsjekk kl 16 og tidlig utsjekk allerede kl 10.
