It was also a very quiet location, which means a lot as there was Rock Off happening a block down the road and the Tall Ships were in town. We didn't hear a thing. "An easy walk from the ferry. Beautiful views. Full breakfast with lots of options. Sports pub attached for an end of day bevy and not noisy at all. Staff were lovely - welcoming and helpful.
