This hotel is fine for kids but not for couples. Their Waterslide gaurantees a noisy environment all day until it closes at 10pm. Pool and hot tub are unusable unless you can tolerate the screams of children. Limited seating in breakfast area(30 persons) for such a large hotel ensured we had to eat in the room if they had food. No hot food. Extremely limited menu. They ran out of most of the continental breakfast food by 9am. The final day we were told a shipment hadn’t come in so we ended up eating out because there was nothing but dry cereal, a few yogurts and a couple of hard boiled eggs by 9am. Pathetic. Guess I know why it was inexpensive. Positives include clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff and a Tim Horton’s across the street.

Bed very comfortable. Liked that the windows were openable. Good table for eating or working at. Breakfast ok dxcspt ran out of eggs very quickly and no whole wheat bread. Staff great.

I didn’t have any hot water one morning during my stay; was already in the shower when i found out that there was no hot water - it was anunpleasant cold shower.

if you call reception, they never help. rooms don't have a ventilation system and you'll be disgusted staying there, even windows don't open since they're fixed.
