Great view - shame about the noise!
Posted 21 Feb 2017 on HotelsThe owners were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help us resolve a number of problems. The location provides wonderful views over the village to the beautiful sea beyond. Unfortunately, the view is across not only a busy and noisy road but a house with children playing loudly in a swimming pool more often than not. Indeed, the Panoramique is sandwiched between two busy roads and whilst not visible from the ‘hotel’, the 3-lane N5 to the north provides significant and continuous background noise. We found the racket debilitating. The studio in which we stayed was reasonably well-equipped with a good bed and aircon (it’s a shame that there was not a daily house-keeping service). The kitchen/dining area was on a private balcony. The kitchen had most essential equipment but there were no cooking basics (even salt and pepper) so one had to completely stock from scratch. That said, the kitchen was a life-saver because there is no restaurant at the ‘hotel’. Yes, there is a separately-owned pizza hut that is open most evenings but one cannot get breakfast or lunch.The small swimming pool is rather shabby and even if you could tolerate the traffic noise, there were only 3 broken sun-beds available. No other furniture for relaxing in the sun was available. Fortunately, the local beach (25-minute walk) is really good and not too busy. For those on a budget wanting a reasonable base to explore the island, this may be for you (don’t forget to pack the earplugs!).

Nous ne sommes pas restés, pensant même à nous faire rembourser car la présentation faite sur votre site ( site vraiment au top ), ne correspond pas à la réalité.

Mooolto lontano dalla prima spiaggia decente e a piedi ci vogliono almeno 20/30 minuti non esiste alcun servizio breakfast neanche a pagamento
Piscina indefinibile e semi-abbandonata letto rifatto a cambio asciugamani ogni 3/4 giorni Camera senza
Finestre ma solo porta finestra con inferriata tipo favela
Primo centro abitato a 5 km, E comunque senza un auto è impossibile in generale tutta la martinica dove
I taxi sono i più cari al mondo 45 euro per 10/20 km

Magnifique vue sur la mer! Tout proche du centre, on se rend facilement à la plage à la plage ou au restaurant!
