Hotels with Swimming Pool in Triunfo, Rio Grande do Sul

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better: Guests now have to pay for parking. There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept . Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior...

Atendimento péssimo, consta que tem estacionamento masnao divulga que tem que pagar, nao informam que nao emitem a nota fiscal no momento da chegada, tamem é impossivel cancelar pois nao reembolsam, não recomendo"

"The hotel closes its bar on top floor, so if you don't want to order room service, there is only a small cafe at ground floor you can have the food. The floor of my room was not as clean as I assumed. Maybe they forgot to mop the floor? One black hair was found on the fresh towel provided. The room is spacious, and the breakfast has a good variety of food served."
