Receptionist was very rude and give me hard time with check in. I have to paid extra city taxes after booking at check out. It was very cold at night and the heating system is not working cause some city green deal rules. Room outdated. One good thing was closed to Vatican and main attractions.

Dear Mrs Agnieszka, we are surprised by the negative comment about our staff who have always received the best compliments.As we have explained to you several times (and as is specified at the time of booking) at check-in the Hotel asked you for a valid identification document in Europe such as a passport or identity card. You gave us your American driving license and residence permit which are not valid in Europe.Anyway we found a solution and check-in you. We don't charge you nothing that is unexpected . The Room is paid though Expedia, once at the Hotel you have to pay only city tax Euro 6,00 per person per night and this is wrote in the Expedia confirmation as well in our confirmation (city tax not Included).You choose the rate withoutbreakfast, Anyway if you wish to have breakfast, it is possible every morning from 7.00 to 9.00 at the cost of Euro 8,00. About the room, when booking, we offer different types of rooms: Standard, Classic, Deluxe and Suite. Based on the price you get a higher quality. You booked a Small Single Standard room, rooms that have not been renovated and therefore have the lowest prices, as can be seen from the photos and description which exactly reflect the type of room; we encourage you to try our superior rooms/ double use single room the next time you visit Rome. Our staff is always available for any assistance: next time we suggest you notify the reception immediately and we would certainly have solved the problem immediately by give you more blanket.In general, writing vindictive comments after your stay does not solve the problems that may arise during your stay, because nobody is perfect. I take this opportunity to invite guests to communicate, as well as judge, for everyone's benefit.In any case, we hope you took away some good memories of our beautiful city.

for Vatican tours!! Across the street. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of restaurants nearby — easy walking distace.

Poor facities and condition, our room is warm and the airconditioning is not working. We need to open the window for the air but it will be noisy for the traffic. No kettle in the room if you need a hot drink during the night.

The air conditioning is on only during the summer period (June, July and August).Anyway if you asked we can give you a fan About the kettle, in 3 star family hotel it is not mandatory in the rooms. However we can provide once a clients ask and it is anyway possible to have hot water 24h at the reception In any case we hope you took away some good memories of our beautiful city.

Single mom was cramped, after 2 nights I moved to double room and it was double the size.

Dear Sandra,when you booked you told us your needs and we suggested you several times to book a larger room specifying that the single room you booked is small (small bed and small bathroom). Despite all the information we gave you, you replied that you were fine with the single room because it was cheaper (but then you left us a bad comment)......For the last night of your reservation you booked a Double Room for Single Use (with a double bed and larger) and you had a good time. We are sorry that you did not want to follow what we had advised you, you would have had a better experience.

The lobby looks absolutely nothing like the lobby pictured on Expedia‘s app. I had a single room for two nights, and you could barely turn around the last night. I had to change rooms. I had to pack everything up myself, move everything down to the lobby come back in the afternoon and they gave me the room directly next-door. That was a double room so much more spacious
