buon giorno Signor Karl, le chiediamo scusa per non aver potuto accoglierla nel nostro hotel.Ha ragione nell'essere arrabbiato, ma non ci e' pervenuta la sua prenotazione per un problema al channel manager che ci inoltra le email delle conferme. Siamo una piccola casa di campagna di sole 10 camere e non forniamo servizio notturno se non abbiamo ospiti in arrivo. sarebbe stato sufficiente farci una telefonata nel pomeriggio per avvisarci dell'orario del suo arrivo e sarebbe stato un piacere accoglierla anche alle 24,10.Mi auguro di poterla avere nostro ospite presto durante una sua prossima visita e poterle dimostrare il nostro rammarico offrendole la notte che non ha potuto utilizzare presso il nostro Borgo.

Posted 24 Jul 2015 on HotelsI visited thia hotel several times. Host is really kind. Hotel is really beautiful. Even you can enjoy the swimming pool. But you need a car to get this hotel. This place is not easy to take taxi. Except that it would be good choice tonstay this hotel.

Rural Hotel But everything you need is here

Pros: Location,Pool and some welcoming english speaking staff.
Cons: Just the location map to find it easier.
Location: rural hire bikes were available but we were travelling further afield .There is a very good wear park near novara .
A little bit difficult to find but well worth the effort,There was a great welcome with an english speaking manager,and nothing too much trouble .We made use of the lovely pool and the wi fi worked outside our room a bonus.We ate at the hotel in the evening and very nice food with avery attentive member of staff looking after us.We booked the basic room so not too large but comfortable bed,The continental breakfast was ok but I'm a Bacon and eggs man really but still found enough to eat ok.Not the usual big town hotel but very impressed by the hotel.

Bien mais un peu cher

Peut-être qu’on était, en profitant de la piscine extérieure, ça peut être sympa !
