Good accommodation with decent outdoor area. Beautiful not crowded beach.

I didn't like this hotel overall, staff were rude all the time, bad faces allover the place, clean???? That doesn't exist in that place, staff were arguing with me all the time, specially a guy from cubanacan, an agency that doesn't even belongs to the hotel, I spoke with the Director of the hotel regarding the Issue and he said that he will speak to the guy, which I hardly daubed, door had holes on it, bathrooms were coated, food was awful, buffet smells really bad, no variety of food, bad taste on it, drinks at breakfast had bad taste, I herd that those drinks they sell them at the cuban stores for $1. Rooms were a little destroyed, lack of paint. They need to be educated a little more about what costomer satisfaction is and then start working in a hotel. Overall my experience was the worst.

Good day, we are very sorry to read that you were not able to enjoy the stay mainly because you were arguing with a person that does not work for the hotel. This is especially sad as you for that reason were not able to enjoy the services that the hotel has to offer. The stores are operated by a third party and you may by drinks that you may also enjoy in the hotel. For expample Cola we offer you in the resort - you may also buy it in the store when leaving the resort or for a day trip etc. We take you notes on the rooms and will check. With kind regards

Access to beach was perfect, location excellent and very friendly staff. Beach towel facility and relaxing areas very good

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The beach is very beautiful. The room is also nice, but we had a little problem with the water in the toilet. But the problem was solved in about two hours.

We had a really bad experience at this all inclusive place, the cost for hotel did not justify the quality and cleanliness, here are some of the issues we faced: 1. There was serious quality issues for the room, we ended up getting big bed bites in both the room we rented. The quality of the bath room was poor and the flush did not work. 2. The food quality was poor, tasteless, the all inclusive was a farce. We did not even get a welcome drink. 3 we did not sleep the first night due to dogs barking all night. :( Overall the beach was good and the drinks ok. But after spending close to 1400$ it was not worth it. Please contact me to figure out how Expedia will make it up to me. Thx

Please know that the bites you got - have probably come from jejenes - a kind of sand flea. Please rinse of legs and bathing clothes when coming from the beach - doing this you will not have nasty bites anymore. Not the best Memories

we were a family of 5 people in 3 rooms. We paid a lot for our christmas holiday. We booked the Memories Trinidad del Mar because 1. near the beach 2. all inclusive 3. Fitness center 4. Tennis court 5. Wifi No fitness center and not possible to play tennis which were a bit annoying, Wifi not working. The people at the pool bar could be a bit more friendly. A smile cost nothing

This property is lovely! I visited the site in Nov 2016 as well and the property has since, changed ownership, I understand. They have undergone some renos and painting to re-fresh - took me some time to get used to the change of color (from the yellow and blue) but the new look is classy and stream-lined. And clean looking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this location and will return, without question!

All inclusive food quality is quite good. Whereas the rooms facilities need renovation. Staff is helpful to solve the water leaking of air conditioner , unfortunately the incident needs time to repair.
