I have a great time at Lola hotel, the bedroom was spacious with very comfortable beds and hot shower. They served us continental breakfast with eggs, bread, pancakes, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere with plenty of trees and the location is perfect, very near to a travel agency, taxis and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel located in a convenient area of town. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Service was incredible - host booked all tours for us which made it so easy to travel around and see the sights. We wanted to extend our stay for an additional night and our host allowed us to pay in cash without any hassle and made it easy for us to book an extra night. Excellent!

Our stay at Hotel Trinidad was one of the best we had in Cuba. Christian was an amazing host and the service from all the staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and he arranged some memorable trips. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and if we ever come back to Trinidad then this will be top of our list.

It was a unique experience; it felt like traveling back in time. Everything in the room was wonderful—clean, with soft mattresses and a very nice breakfast. The host was exceptional and helped with anything we needed. I highly recommend it without hesitation or second thought.

Charming building in colonial style with a beautiful terrace, located in the center of Trinidad. The rooms were big and clean and the breakfast was excellent and had everything you could possibly ask for. Christian and his team were working tirelessly and were incredibly helpful! Hotel has amazing colonial architecture and beautiful atmosphere. Very clean, smells soap. Furnitures are very authentic. Breakfast was convenient. Staff are extremely friendly. Room was big, clean and fantastic. We found ourself in a movie setting. We enjoyed every moment. Hotel has wifi, generator and air condition in rooms. Location is excellent. In the middle of the main attractions. We highly recommend this hotel. If you come back agin, we will definitely stay here!

The Hotel Manager Christian is very helpful, he is always around once you need anything. I was strapped for cash during my stay and he offered me cashback option via Paypal ! What a lifesaver. The breakfast was amazing, you will get a fruit platter and a glass fancy juice. The WiFi is fast enough.

The best experience ever. Trinidad is a beautiful coloful town and everything is amazingly beyond our expectation. Our host Cristian and every staff at Lola Trinidad help us with kindness. When we woke up and opened the blue wood window, a table with white cloth and fresh flowers was set - our sweet breakfast was waiting for us. Fresh juice, delicious food, best coffee, etc. Everything was well prepared with sincere heart. When we wanted to find a dance place, the security guard taught us how to pronounce the spanish name of the place so we could find the right place, full of patience and care. When we got back in the late night, the guard greeted us warmly and turned on all the lamp bulbs for us. We had a unique makeup experience with the best drag queen artist and tried local dresses. 😆I love it so much. Every decoration, plant, furniture here is well designed in an artistic way. And people welcomed me and made me feel at home. There are lots of things I hope to try next time: salsa lessons, horse riding, natural pools, massage, sugarcane trip... All fantastic! The trip at Lola Trinidad warms my heart and always reminds me there are many beautiful things and kind people in the world. After the trip, I have more courage and passion to live my life and love my life. It is a blessing.
