The hotel was delightful. Clean and comfortable room. Evening meal (sirloin) was delicious, perfect med/well done. Breakfast was superb, best porridge I have ever tasted with added fruits. Great value.

I liked the staff very much. They were caring, thoughtful and accommodating. I enjoyed the stay and I thank them very much. The breakfast was great was very tasty and the carvery looked delicious (serve less sauce).

Easy to find, and convient to get to the airport for a morning flight. Nice standard hotel with a parking area in the front courtyard. The hotel has a great dinning room, bar and breakfast area. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was very nice. There was a buffet of juice, toast, and cereal items, and then additionally we ordered off a menu too. It was very convient to have a quick breakfast before our drive to the airport. Also we walked around the town and saw the castle lit up at night. Several good looking restaurants and bars are in walking distance. We tried the two take away pizza shops, which were OK.

A hotel with history, character and friendly staff. The town is easily walkable from The Castle Arch. Trim and it's castle are well worth a visit and the Castle Arch was the perfect place to stay.

The property is in need of refurbishment and good cleaning. The carpet in the lobby and on the staircase smells.
