Nice & decent hotel.

Posted 13 Aug 2019 on HotelsIt was very bad , first the hotel.com is very bad do not show you your invoice , I paid for all included and the hotel told me no. Service very slow and bad, I can not understand how they want tourist to come to tunisia if this the way they do business.

Un personnel digne pour les grands hôtels palace, très compétant mais qui travaille avec un outil désuète, l'hôtel à besoin d'être rénové. Malgré tout!! Allez-y, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et j'espère de tout cœur que le personnel est bien payé.
