Great communication from the hosts before and during the stay via whatsapp. The location was busy, in downtown Granada which meant it was so easy to walk to everywhere, including the main train station and buses to Sierra Nevada. The wifi was fast, and the smart tv meant you cpuld put on music or netflix or whatever. The kitchen was basic, but there was a decent sized fridge, a pot and a pan. "Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."
