Next to a university but wasn't noisy. Area was pleasant with great view of mountains and the waterfall.
Some good bistros nearby and walkable to town about 25mins.

If you need to do a early check out they will charge you the full stay, whether you book using a third party or using NH website, which is annoying when you need to adjust your holidays or business plans.
