We had a great stay at this hotel. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. Beautiful surroundings and very walkable.

Worst night ever.

we are of course sorry about your wrong expectations. Maybe you've been unluck with the unusual hot temperatures of the last few days, but we are sure you comprehend there are no buildings at 1700m with air conditioning facilities. We remark to all the readers that in the hottest day of the year the night temperatures go maximum up to 16/18 celsius degrees.
Of course your impolite behaviour during your stay didn't help an easy relationship we the staff, and we apologize about it.

Dated Hotel near Ski Resort
Posted 18 Jun 2019 on HotelsListing is incorrect on Hotels.com - the listing states hotel is 3.5 km from Trento town center and the hotel is actually 25 km via switchbacks to the top of a mountain. The hotel is aware of the discrepancy. The hotel staff was very friendly and we did enjoy the views on the way down the mountain - just added and extra hour to our travel time.
