"Was great! Very reasonable price for what you get, very nice bathroom, access to a big kitchen and laundry, comfortable cozy room. Would definitely stay here again. Shanla at the front desk was an absolute delight! Very accommodating and helpful and friendly. Made everything very smooth despite us being late for our check in. She is the best! Would gladly stay again if ever passing through cromwelll. Highly recommend!"

"Great spot , easy walk to town, plenty to choose from food wise. A little construction going on atm , so first morning was noisy. Manager kindly moved us to a courtyard room, very cosy. Would return no problem "

"The property was central and had parking available. The room was a good size abs provided all we needed and the team members on reception were always super friendly and helpful. We had the basement room which while big needed a bit of ventilation. The windows in the morning had a heap of condensation on them and there was a bit of a musty smell. "

"Comfortable apartments and perfect for families with children. Easy walk right into city centre. We stayed in the second floor apartments and whilst they were nice, our friends downstairs had a lot more updated technology and appliances! Loved the weighted blankets on the beds. Staff were nice and accommodating. Would happily stay again!"

"We arrived at 1945, check in was advertised as 2000 close, no one around, knocked on a couple of doors and looked around then a guy appeared and said your key is in your room, as if we should know what he meant…we had no email so didn’t know our room number. Apart from that pretty good place, very close to everything in the centre, all clean and tidy if a little dated…."

"Up and down a hill to reach town center otherwise great location. Parking unavailable as lot was full. Very difficult to find parking in immediate area they said due to New Zealand marathon weekend. No drawers or area to place luggage so no ability to unpack at this hotel "
