Hot tub was not functional. First room, before we moved, reeked of marijuana.

The staff was not very welcoming. The hallway smelled like weed. The room heater made a terrible noise as well as the bathroom fan.

Dirty sheets, dog food on the floor in our room. Rusty shower head. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 people, minimal extras at front desk. Didn’t try the breakfast. Beds were okay. Slept good.

Me and my wife have no been on vacation in a long time so I wanted to take her up north to see the fall colors, after our 4 hour drive arriving at 12 pm we go to check in the hotel and we get in the room and there was spiderwebs with spiders on the pillows and walls the bed had ticks on them which can cause Lime Disease, and other fatal sicknesses, the toilet has urine and crap on it and over all the place was filled with safety hazards, we went to check out and the 2 men at reception were rude with me saying the rooms are clean and after I showed them the pictures and videos of the ticks spiders and disgusting toilet seat one ran to the room, I called every hotel in a 20 mile radius and they were all booked up, me and my wife had to drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night, ruined our weekend and we will never use Expedia again, I have so many family members and friends that use but after this experience they will no longer trust this service, this is my worst experience I have ever had and I expect a full refund

Person working took several minutes to come to the front desk. Another person sitting in the lobby had to tell him there were guests waiting. The room was clean once we got to it.
