Room was super clean and even smelled great. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but the kids loved it. The hot tub was down sadly and pool a little cold for me but again the kids enjoyed it. Thought it was amazing they offered hot chocolate along side the coffee 24 hours and breakfast buffet was outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

The beds are hard as a rock and not comfortable, we did love the quietness and use of pool and jacuzzi. Staff is great but please consider getting softer beds.

The problem was after coming back from dinner, the entire place smelled like pot. We complained but were told it is probably coming from the air conditioning. We could hear people talking at 4 am from the next room so probably won’t stay there again.

I don't know how expedia came up with the high rating and great customer reviews for this dump. The hotel is decrepit and it's not the fault of staff members that they're unable to adequately clean the place or provide a decent room in this old place. It's kind of a creepy and I was unable to feel comfortable there or sleep through the night. Also, when I google-searched from the hotel all sorts of lower rates were scrolling up so I feel ripped off from expedia. I won't use expedia again.

Nice, except the hallway
The staff was nice, the lobby was nice, good breakfast bar. Room was clean but the carpet in the hallway in my wing smelled like it had been cleaned too many times and a bad smelling freshener was used too many times. Time to change the carpet. The handicapped accessible rooms are placed the farthest back in the place way far from the breakfast bar.
