Cute and clean. Great setting on the beach and nice accommodations. Jonathan had lots of recommendations for things to do around the area. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only drawback is noise from highway if you're a light sleeper.

We had a small room snafu which was taken care of right away. We stayed in a room on the second floor, close to the beach which was very nice. The staff was accommodating and easy to work with.

I thought we secured a lake view room as was pictured on the website. The lake view was if you craned your neck to look out the window. Fortunately, I got an extreme discounted price on Expedia. The breakfast room had 3 very small tables and a breakfast that was not impressive at all. It was a clean facility other than that thereā€™s much better out there if your paying full price.

Staffing is SO important for any business and Brio Beach Inn really hits it out of the park with their staff. From the moment we stepped on to the property Patricia had us feeling like her favorite family member coming for a visit! She was smiling, warm and welcoming every encounter we had. She went above and beyond making sure we had the best possible experience. Every room has a view of the water, there is parking on site, the office hours are limited, but they do mean it when they say to call them ANY time. The rooms are clean, and you only hear road traffic in the morning after 9am. Yes, the rooms are small, and all the other ā€œnormalā€ issues you can run in to not staying in your own home, but your on vacation so you donā€™t spend much time in the rooms, and with employees like Patricia, you donā€™t feel like just a guest. First time staying at Brio Beach Inn and it made a great impression!
