"It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way. "Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends "

"This Hotel is just perfect. We stayed there during our European Vacation and had a really good time. The room was clean and had enough space for 2 adults and a Teenager. The Breakfast was just awesome with local cold cuts, Yogurt, Fruits and more. We had a small talk with the owner who explained to us where all the stuff comes from. "While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...
