Old school but really friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

The property was very poorly maintained, eg cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom , cracked plasterwork, cabinets had not been updated since probably the 1970s complete with am fm clock radio alarm mounted beside the bed.
There was only one armchair sitting in the corner of the room below the tv or 2 dining chairs under the bench so nowhere to comfortably relax and the bed was quite hard

Please check our other reviews and it is extremely surprising to get such feedback. You must have been aware that it is a budget motel and not a five-star accommodation.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and there was plenty of coffee... most only give you 4 sachets for 2 people. I would definitely stay again

The issue I had was the smell. Whatever was used to clean was incredibly strong - enough to give me a headache. I was there 2 nights and aired my room well but the smell remained throughout my whole stay.

We try and sanitise every possible surface in the room for a hygenic stay with recommended cleaning liquids for hospitality industry which may not have suited you. I had a trailer and was very happy to be able to park it in a safe area and near my room. Instructions on how to get in were easy to understand. thank you!
