I try never to give unsatisfactory reviews however, this particular hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The room we occupied was dark and dingy…..outdated would be an understatement. The bathrooms, need a complete overhaul. The entire hotel felt sad.
Trani, is the most BEAUTIFUL city….for its size, it is extremely cosmopolitan, very chic, super clean, and the friendliness of the people who call it home were amazing. Everything from the architecture to the restaurants/cafes and shoppers was first class.
My wish for this hotel, is modernizing would be a great opportunity to attract more guests. It is within walking distance to the train station. However, it is a hike to the city center and the port.
The staff were terrific! Internet, sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn’t.
Overall….its not expensive. You get what you pay for.
When I return….ill stay near the port and the city center.

It had everything we needed, the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone.
