Reception was warm and supportive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful and polite. I felt comfortable with the space and service, despite a few minor issues during my stay, which were promptly resolved.
However, I hope the receptionist will be more mindful of her tone. During checkout, I reported a lost 1 room key I brought out side and used them to accessed in the elevator and open the door which I was certain I put them back at one spot as long as I got in the room. Another one I constantly have them in the room in order to get the room fresh and cool when I get back. Despite explaining this, she raised her voice, implying I should have reported it sooner to avoid a penalty fee. I clarified that I hadn't left the room all morning, but she still scolded me. Eventually, she agreed to waive the fee, but her initial tone left me uncomfortable.

The stay overall was so so. We were charged for the door handle that came off, since they claim we broke it without listening to our explanation.

The included breakfast was very good. Not all items were changed up everyday but enough to keep youvfrom getring bord of the same food options.
