"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

"The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. "

"Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"Amazing hotel in Pucon, great breakfast, best scrambled eggs on our travels. Staff were so friendly and hotel was spotless. Really quirky with lots of lovely artworks in the hotel. They should get in touch with Laundrette and bus company across the road to arrange to cut the tree down to give you unspoilt views of the volcano. Would defo stay here again."

"This is the best boutique hotel in Chile. It is not cheap but it is genuinely great value - worth every penny. It is unique in its design and location, has super facilities, the staff are lovely, it has extraordinarily beautiful gardens and is super comfortable. The food is great and the wine list too. The only things that let it down are the terrible coffee and disappointing choice of fruit at breakfast. And it would be so easy to fix these! Don't let that stop you going though - you will not regret it. We certainly hope to go back again. "

"Took a 3 week vacation around Chile and this was by far the best place we stayed. Very quiet, with a great view of the lake. Close to Pucon and all the actives. The owner were friendly and was able to do our laundry. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family feel welcome."
