"We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. ..."
