Swissotel is perfect for my family walking distance to Dubai Mall, 30 minutes walk to museum of the future, the pool is very nice service is excellent

At check in they could find our reservation - not sure whether this was their problem or Expedia whom we booked through. On entry to our room there was water leaking through the ceiling - to their credit, a maintenance man turned up reasonably quickly and fixed the problem, but then did not arrange for someone to replace a wet towel that we had put down on the floor to catch the water and stop us slipping over. Overall, less than impressed

Good hotel, location is great, just a short walk to Dubai mall. Worked perfectly for our hop on hop off tour. We booked the 3 bedroom room, it’s massive. Says it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 6. Overall this is a good location and a good hotel. It’s a bit run down but for a central location with a big room it was great value.

Arrived at at hitel 3am. Had to book for two nights. Check in was fast, room.was big and clean. Only concern i have is, gave my phone number at check in. Only place i provided my cell number. Next day i get a scam text posing as Dubai Police issuing me a speeding ticket. For $500. Seems my phone number was sold to scamers.

We stayed in the Apartments and they were FAR from Luxury 5 star. The photos online really do not represent this hotel. Old, dated and smelly. A few issues with the showers which were promptly fixed. Very spacious but not 5 star.
